Note : Tution Fees are due by the 10^th of each month. Acedamics Fees will not be charged for the months of July & August.

Returned Checks :

There is a $15 processing fee charged for returned checks.

Admission and Acceptence Policy

To accept your child(ren), parents must fulfill the following conditions :

Condition 1#

1. New enrollments are on a first-come first-serve basis.
2. Your child's registration will be confirmed when the non-refundable registration fees is pain in full, the file is complete and the parents are interviwed with the principal and assigned committee.
3. Muhammadi Masjid might reject or dismiss any student who perform below average academically.
4. Please understand that Muhammadi Masjid has the right to dismiss at any time during the school year, any student requiring behavioral counseling, exhibiting poor self-control, who doesn't fulfill the requirements or violates the regulations and policies set by Muhammadi Masjid.
5. Muhammadi Masjid will dismiss student(s) of non-cooperative parents.

Condition 2#

1. Participating in, and supporting all of the meetings, function and/or other activities.
2. Responding to all memos and returning them to the school with the student the following day.

Condition 3#

The following documents and conditions are needed for admission to Muhammadi Masjid Boys Hifz Madrassah :

1. Completing the Registration Forms.
2. Paying the Registration Fees.
3. Last Academic Progress Report.
4. Passing the admission test for new students.
5. Parental interview with the principal.

We, the parent/guardian and the applicant, solemnly swear and promise that we have, accoring to our knowledge, correctly filled out this form. Furthermore, we pledge and promise that we will do our utmost in fulfilling our responsibilities of supervising, ecudating and supporting the applicant in having her follow and obey all the rules and regulations of Muhammadi Masjid Boys Hifz Madrassah.

By signing this form. I accept the admission and registration policy, the tution fee structure and other obligations inherent in registering my child(ren) at Muhammadi Masjid Boys Hifz Madrassah.
